Dearest Foreigner,

It is finally time for warm days in Tallinn, but remember - with your visa and/or resident permit come certain responsibilities.  In order to maintain your status in good standing you must post a facebook status message each time it is warmer in Tallinn than your home city.  This is particularly important if you come from a country that is considered by most to have nicer weather than Tallinn.  For example Portugal, Jamaica, New Zealand, or any other country in the world besides Finland.
